Words are tested from the birth chart. Seventh, eighth and first house can lead to marriage. The houses should be related to the current condition in some way or the other. In your current dasha, the above mentioned houses have no relation with the current dasha lord.
You can say that Pratyantar Dasha will be related, but it is for a few months, which is not enough to fix and arrange things related to marriage. You have to consider the place, time and character here.
