Bel, a two -time winner in NHMS, said, “Well, I definitely like to be in the playoffs, of course,” said the twice winner Bell in NHMS. “I like this racetrack very much. It’s statistically, I think I have the best track on the schedule, and in the later year, keeping it in the playoffs is really, I mean, it’s good for me, so I am all for it. Let’s crown a champion here.”

Chastain did not enjoy the same success in Loudon as Bell, finishing eighth in his career.
“Yes, it is large (to test at NHMS),” said Chastain, who won Coca Cola 600 earlier this year. “I mean, I met my crew head for 2021 cup series season and told him before the season that New Hampshire was my worst track. I was one of my biggest accidents, which was with a pop right -front tire long ago in the Xfinity series, and I never believed with any car.
“I went here, and he said he was about to recover, and he did, and we have done the top-10-6 once or twice, but never in a dispute for a win, so it was lucky and happy to attract this test for our team to get two days for Chevy Camp and I could get to work on the car. Logano has a special history in New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the site of his first win in the Cup series in 2009. It is also closer to a domestic track in the cup series, as it is from Middaltown, Connecticut.
“Coming here for a race weekend, I like it,” Logano said. “I always say that I feel like Dale Junior. When I come here, it’s about the only track that I do not get, and it is great. It’s great to look out of very red and yellow. You know, you see some of these pictures of a stuffed house.
“So, as you can imagine, there are really special memories for me here, whether it is sitting in the grandstand, starting his first race, winning its first race, it all happened here in Loudon. I don’t think there are some other main memories of at least motorsport compared to all the people coming here to come here for New Hampshare.”
