I am facing real difficulty in my country to switch to career in software engineering related jobs.
I have been 1 year when I was being setup by this pre-company to make me feel bad, but these are people who really do not know what they are doing.
The fact that I found so late in this software development – I am 52 years old, not running well, because it is a young person industry.
I have to face so much opposition, including the previous project manager, that I have been disturbed by a kind of face that everyone thinks that I am a bad man.
I worked so hard that I was a burn out, which I still feel **** exhausted, even after 1 year, left the company that has eaten my bonus, and has given me a **** reason till date, I can still not believe that the project director has no basic software development knowledge, but a high salary has been given to manage government security system.
Thus, I am really questioning why I am still making myself so difficult to be able to pass **** difficult coding tests, most experienced people were afraid to take.
Now, I would like to know if there is any opportunity for me to transfer to a foreign land, where I can increase my career and most importantly I can earn money for retirement or will it not change anything?
