LJ-Group Cam Rain International Airport Scented Design
Landscape Architectural Studio LJ-Group designed the outer areas of Came Ran International Airport VietnamDevelopment introduces a different approach airport landscape designMoving beyond traditional transit environment. The service of more than 4.8 million visitors annually, with the future expansion, doubles the new terminal of the airport designed by the CPG in Singapore, one of the first comprehensive landscape designs commissioned for the setting of an airport.
The 10-hectare site integrates various spatial parameters, which ensures a harmonious visual experience for aircraft, car or pedestrian passengers. The landscape design refers to the natural characteristics of the Khan Hoa province, which depicts organic forms and meditating elements that shape the first impression of the visitor.

Organic figures create open waiting and social areas of the airport
Landscape architect The LJ-group organizes a public space-friendly public space at the terminal entrance as the major feature of the project in the LJ-group. This area is designed to adjust several circulatory flows while maintaining open areas for waiting and social interaction. Large curved seating and shading structures, manufactured from bamboo and metal, are stationed in an irregular system. The appointment of cinematography elements is deliberate offset, which creates alternative areas of sun and shade. This encourages dynamic layout users to attach to the space by adjusting their seating choice throughout the day.
The landscape design spreads towards the motorbike parking area, which includes the selection of coastal plants species that strengthen the local identity. By integrating functional circulation with flexible assembly areas, the development of CAM RNH International Airport moves away from the design conferences of the traditional airport, prioritizing a more attractive and human-centric environment, meeting infrastructure and transport requirements.
