Near the retirement, this Vienna, Virginia, the couple decided that their craftsman-style house was ready for a glow. The largest part of the project was a pool and a joint with a sunroom and a bathroom. The architects who designed their home back in the 1990s recommended Win Design + Build for the job. The firm owner Michael Vinn says, “With the pool and addition, he has also given us a list of ‘well, while you are here …’.”
The list includes a single-car garage, inclusion of a breezeway, which connects the house to their existing two-car garages, and new landscaps, fences, gates and arbars; Sprinkle their front verandah; All trim at home and some siding and roofing; And painting the exterior of the house. The result is a house that is slightly larger, a better backyard to enjoy and feels that all are fresh.
