“Because the style of the room is traditional, we wanted a bridge tap,” says Mehral. “We were able to find one with a modern feature of a bridge-down sprayer.” The island also has a waste pullout, a cutting board pullout and additional storage towards work.
When choosing the counter stool, Meher took the new open plan into consideration. “To place a comfortable amount between the living room and the sectional couch in the island, we needed a stool that tucks under the stool,” she says. These stools have a simple, traditional style, and their padded leather seats provide comfort.
