Week Kitchen: Light, Hot and Open for Lakeside meetings

Located in the forest of an island on the lake of Vermont, it is a 1955 “seasonal camp” house where empty Nestr Lance and Don Triga are entertained to entertain the family and friends. But the couple, who live mainly in Florida, did not realize that the kitchen was party-taiyar. There were aging appliances on the issue, an abundance of pine paneling, green linoleum floors, blue-green laminate countertops and a peninsula that cut the traffic flow.

Want a bright and more open space for cooking and entertaining, the owners of the house saw the pictures of inspiration on the hose. He then hired designer British and builder Bill Wockenfas to help him feel his vision. The remodeling team removed the peninsula setup and replaced an old ladder from the kitchen with a spiral version. Those tricks added 141 sq ft and built for extended cabinet and created a new island with seating and storage. The cool blue-green base of the island, white circumference cabinets and groce panel walls are a light and casual yet excited. Sophisticated pine roofs and new rustic pine floors add tremendous heat. The upgraded tools and the station in the island ensure that partygor stocks well with a lot of food and drinks.
