Do you want to shape online experience for one of the world’s largest audience of photography enthusiasts? DPREVIEW is hiring at work! We are looking for a full -time community manager to join our editorial team and help develop our online forums, which is active and enhancing online spaces.

Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate community manager to lead and lead the charge in reviving and enhancing our online forums. This is an important role for someone who thrives on the creation of an active, online space and understands how to promote a positive and inclusive environment. You will not just manage; You will innovate, strategically and execute plans to promote participation and breathe new life in our community discussions. If you have a proven track record for enhancing online communities and building active, attractive and welcome forums or discussion groups, then we want to hear from you.

This role requires a high-energy self-starter, which is accompanied by a strong bias for action. You see opportunities for engagement and development and pursue them independently, without the need for continuous inspection. You will be a prominent ambassador, bridging the gap between our editorial team and our users, and you will play an important role in shaping the future of our community.

What would you do:

  • Own strategy: Define, define and execute the community development strategy, setting the average target for partnership, engagement and user satisfaction. Identify opportunities to increase forum engagement and participation.
  • Analysis and refine: Analyze community data and user reactions regularly to identify trends, report on progress and refine strategies to promote forum participation.
  • Attach and connect: Become an active, visible appearance in our forums. Attach directly with the users, answer the questions, and spark the conversation. Act as primary contact between our community and editorial team.
  • Innovation and program: Design and implement attractive community programs, campaigns and events (eg, questioning, competition, theme) to promote new members and attract new members.
  • Leadership and developed intermediary: Provide guidance and structured training to our dedicated team of volunteers intermediaries. Ensure that the moderation corresponds to our community guidelines and align. Moderator develop resources and programs to support effectiveness, recruit and handle orientation, and mediate conflicts when they arise.

  • Advocate: Serve the user response to editorial and product teams within DPREVIEW, serve as primary advocates for the community.

What do you bring:

  • Siddha Community Development Experience: Important (3+ year preferred) experience of managing mass online communities (forums, social media groups, etc.). Importantly, you have performed success in growing communities, ideally including experience in reviving forums with a decline
  • Initiative and Drive: You are an active, energetic self-starter who does not wait to explain what to do. You can identify the needs, prepare plans, and execute them quickly and effectively.
  • Exceptional writing skills: You have extraordinary writing skills with the experience of performing and publishing written materials for a publication with high editorial standards. You can craft attractive articles that are ready for publication.
  • Diplomatic Communication: You have excellent communication skills, which are clearly, professional and able to interact with sympathy, especially when sensitive communities navigate issues of disputes or moderation.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking: You can analyze the landscape, identify factors affecting community health, use data to decide and develop creative solutions.
  • Passion for photography (highly desired): A real interest in knowledge and knowledge of cameras, photography and related technology is strongly desired and will be invaluable to connect with our community.
  • Authentic voice: Economically communicate an understanding of how to communicate and establish a reliable, acceptable appearance that aligns with the DPREVIEW brand.
  • Experience with volunteers (a plus): Familiarity is beneficial with management or working with volunteer teams.
  • resilience: The ability to work flexible hours as required to connect with the global community.

How can a specific week seem:

This is a new full -time position in DPREVIEW, and thus, the role will probably develop. However, we feel that it is safe to say that your week will be powered by strategic action. Your primary focus will carry forward the initiative designed to revive and develop our forums, analyze results and plan your next tricks. With strategic work, you will spend time participating in major forums, talking with users and gaining an experience for community pulse. You will examine with intermediaries, provide assistance and training, and ensure that the moderation standards are continuously implemented. You will dive into community discussions to detect interesting material ideas and dedicate time to write articles for the main site. You will manage the user support requests and review the flagged post.

The salary limit for this post and the final title is $ 70,000 to $ 90,000, based on the candidate’s experience.
