Wayne Bridge has pulled out of his scheduled boxing fight against the YouTuber ksi Just two days after it was announced at Saturday’s Misfits concert in Manchester. The 31-year-old, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, escalated the fight over the weekend when he taunted Bridges about his ex-girlfriend’s alleged affair with teammate John Terry.

KSI then joked that this incident was what the 44-year-old was known for, before the crowd started talking about his former partner Vanessa.
It ended in a bitter clash and appears to have set the tone for the event in just over two months.
However, Bridges has hit out at KSI’s comments claiming that he has crossed the line and therefore, he must find an alternative fighter.
“I’m sure many of you saw what happened at the Misfits boxing event on Saturday night,” Bridges wrote in a lengthy letter. Instagram statement.
“First of all, I think it’s important that I explain my reason for accepting the fight. I always like to challenge myself. This felt like a good opportunity to go up against an interesting opponent on the big stage.
“I have always loved boxing as part of my everyday training routine. I was totally ready to train hard and have some fun.
“Of course, I expected to face some criticism, but I feel like what was said on Saturday crossed a line.
“These are extremely personal comments that impact me and the other families involved in the situation. I am a family man first and my priority is to protect them.”
“My opponent is a person whom many children around look up to WorldWhich includes my children. I hope one day he will think about it differently.
“I personally do not want to be involved in these exchanges. I will no longer fight on March 29.”
