Venus is technically in the 6th house, although it is close enough that I would qualify it as a conjunction with the DC.
Uranus in the 7th house is often interpreted as relationships that start suddenly and end suddenly.
You may have better luck if you follow other meanings of Uranus: someone unconventional, a scientist, an airplane pilot, or a futurist and someone working in the electronic field.
The Moon in your 12th house makes me wonder whether you get out much and whether you put yourself in situations where you are likely to meet people.
