Trump says that American trade, military deal with the Philippines; Manila has not confirmed

chairman Donald Trump On Tuesday, the US said that the US “concluded” a trade agreement with the Philippines which included 19% tariffs on goods imported from South East Asian country.

According to Trump, Manila would not impose tariffs on American goods as part of the deal, which he praised the country, which he described as “going to the open market with the United States”.

“In addition, we will work together military,” Trump announced the deal in a true social post, saying, which Philipin’s President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marmocos left the White House.

The Philippines has not yet confirmed that a deal has been killed. Washington, neither the White House nor the Philippine Embassy in DC, immediately respond to CNBC’s requests for more information about Trump’s post.

Before Tuesday at the Oval Office, Trump said, “We are very close to finishing a business deal. A big business deal, really.”
