Real Valladolid released a long and angry statement confirming that Abdoulaye Juma Bah had imposed his release clause, with the expectation that he would join Manchester City,
The Spanish club are angry that the 18-year-old defender did not turn up for training today and has breached his contract.
Their statement read: “Abdoulaye Juma Bah and his agent informed Real Valladolid yesterday afternoon of their intention to unilaterally break the contract that binds both parties.
“First, tomorrow afternoon, Manchester City Sent a statement asking Real Valladolid to open negotiations for the player for a possible permanent transfer.
“Today, the Sierra Leonean has decided not to come to his workplace for morning training. For all these reasons, the Club holds the player responsible for breach of his contractual commitments, and will take disciplinary action from its legal department in this matter. Asked to initiate action.
