Today’s varieties signal for puzzle

Today’s strands are theme: A rip off good time.

Word clue to unlock in-game signal

Your goal is to find hidden words that fit the subject of the puzzle. If you are stuck, find whatever words you can do. Every time you find three words or more of four letters, Strands will reveal one of the theme words. These are the words that I used to get the signs, but will work any words of four or more letters that you will find:

  • Hell, wire, cell, pel, layer, rust, blow, root, roots, down, fall, wing, ding, shin, bout

Today’s varieties answer for puzzle

These are answers that tie the subject. The goal of the puzzle is to find all those including Spangram, a theme word that reaches from one side of the puzzle to another. When you are near them all (I originally thought that there were always eight, but the number that could be different), every letter of the board will be used. Here nonspangram answers are:

  • Lu, Blowout, Hodown, Shining, Jambore, Winging
