The Trump administration aims to complete its trade review by 1 April and plans to target what it first says to “arrogant” issues, including the highest tariff rates on countries with large trade surplus countries and American goods with the US.
The President’s tariffs will match the high tariff rates of other countries and will compete with other business obstacles such as cumbersome rules, value -added taxes, government subsidy and exchange rate policies and interact with some countries to reduce those obstacles.
