This week, the update for the Gemini app on Android and iPhone introduces a new app icon that adopts four Google colors.
The new four-rang logo takes every other Google icon. It is still mainly blue on the right, while the other points are red, yellow and green. Like the current ‘G’ icon, there is also a good shield in the center-left.
Four points are round and not as fast as a friend. In small sizes, such as on your homescreen, it means that the icon does not fade in very thin lines.
Finally, the new logo is slightly larger than the previous one and takes more white circular backgrounds, which always helps. Finally, Google is moving towards red, yellow, green and blue, brings Gemini into folds, and it can be seen as a sign of confidence. The sparkle size is quite unique, so it should not be easily confused with other first-sided applications.
After Android and iPhone, we are still waiting for the new Gemini icon Genini.google.com,
Old vs new

With this update, Google has also ticked the homescreen widget on Android. (There are no changes in the iOS version.) In addition to the new icon, there are now shortcuts for video and screenshaare that launch those Gemini live mode directly. This is very convenient, Google emphasized small configurations on those new tasks.
Overall, the widget is less dense than before, with a low shortcut in some sizes. 3 × 3 and above, you get all eight shortcuts: open app (with keyboard active), voice input, camera, gallery, files, videos, screensare and live. Finally, the “Ask Gemini” field is now just “Gemini” bar with Google, which is no longer giving it a different dynamic color background.
By Friday, the Mithun app version 1.0.776555963 is now widely available. Through the Play Store, On iOS, Like on the webTap on the top-left corner chat icon for the new search field, not yet on Android with this feature.
