It is true whether the gear in the question is a camera or not, as is evident with a new collaboration between London -based performance apparel and directed exposed exposed brand Sheklton and Lika camera. The Frank Hurley Field Jacket was developed with leika camera and exposedation photographer Levison Wood. The name of the jacket refers to the Australian photographer and adventurer, member of the infamous Shekalton campaign. Shackelton says that waterproofing was the main focus when designing and testing this technical hardshell. Of course, this is not the first time Lika has worked with a clothing company to make a jacket. Back in OctoberA collaboration was announced between the apparel brand Ather and Leika, offering a photographer -friendly details such as the camera battery and SD card holders. This is also the second time Shakelton has collaborated with Lika. Interestingly, both jackets are particularly deficient in red leika circle, which seems that it should bring the price at least slightly less.
Like the Ather Jacket, Frank Hurley Field Jacket provides specific features for photographers, but it is more concentrated on cold and wet weather in this case. This includes cold conditions and insulated battery pockets for the protection of battery life while working in the memory card case pocket. There are large cargo pockets with dual folds for safety and security. A dedicated pocket also contains a branded lens cloth on a retreat string.
