A new specific-style lounge called Sidecar will open at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, which will provide curated cuts and drinks for small passengers.

“Many of our visitors spend less than an hour in our lounge, and we have specially made Sidecar for them,” Hendley said in a statement. “The first Centurion Lounge was opened in Las Vegas in 2013, so it is a fitting that we are launching this new lounge concept in Las because we continue to innovate to meet the needs of our card members.”
Access is considered for members of the cards who already enjoy access to the Centurion Lounge, and guests will be able to reach Sidecar within 90 minutes from their flight departure.
The American Express also announced that the James Beard Award winner Regen Chefs Mashama Bailey, Sarah Gruneberg, Quame Onavuchi, and Mike Solomonov, along with the famous bar director Harrison Ginsburg is partnered with Herrison Ginsburg, to form a Pak community by the Centurion Lounge. The collective will create a menu of its famous restaurant dishes and craft cocktails, and the new menu items will be available in all 15 Centurion Lounges in the US starting from July 29.
Some dishes will be available in the lounge of the new, intimate airport in the Sidakar of Las by the Centurion Lounge. Eligible card members who have limited time will be able to grab a quick cutting or drink, including small plates of petu and signature-style space cuisted by Pak collective by the Centurion Lounge in the signature-style space.
“We know how much the card members love food and drinks in the Centurion Lounge and are ready to see what is new. With the help of our RJ Chef Chef Partners, we have brought some of the most exciting culinary minds together in America, available to create an incredible menu, which is available for the first time,” Audrey Handle said with a statement. “You will be lucky to make it in each of your famous restaurants across the country, but now the visitors of our Centurion Lounge will be able to sample the dishes made by these chefs.”
The new curated menu from the Pak collective by the Centurion Lounge will include several dishes that change seasonally, as well as with dishes that are inspired by local dishes in the city where the lounge is located. The specific dishes will vary from lounge to lounge.

The Centurion Lounge Comprehensive American Express is the American Express’ Signature Lounge program within the Global Lounge Collection, including a total access to more than 1,550 lounge in 140 countries.
