When I go to sunrise time for a certain place, and then I put a chart for that place and time, the sun is not at all ascending, it is 1-5 degrees below it.
For example, Google says that the sunrise in Jerusalem, Israel is 6:03 am today.
When I cast Jerusalem (35E14, 31n46) at 6:03 pm, 22 April 2025, I cast a chart to receive (with Plasidus/RegiMontains/Porfiri System) (with) (with)
Status of Sun – 2 ° 14 ‘Taurus, Arohi Status – 0 ° 59’ Taurus
So the sun is 1 ° 15 ‘under the ascension.
The same is true for every random city I selected, for example Sunrise in London, UK is 5:49 am, but if I put a chart for London, UK (0W10, 51n30), then at 5:49 am at 22 April 2025,
The Sun is at 2 ° 18 ‘Taurus, but the ascending is at 28 ° 51’ Aries, 4 ° 9 ‘(!) Degree.
Is this normal? What is the explanation for this?
