These pancakes are a healthy option that will enjoy the whole family, and are sure to be a big hit!
Produce: 3 servings
you will need: Blender or mixing bowl, measuring cups and spoon, non-stick pan, spatula, cooking oil
key: T = spoon; tsp = spoon
Material:
- 1 ½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 3 servings (90 grams) I
Vanilla protein powder Or Protein powder of choice
- 1 cup oat flour*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup strawberry, chopped (fresh or frozen)
Instruction:
- In a high -speed blender, add almond milk, banana, protein powder, oat flour, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until it becomes smooth. If mixed with a bowl in a bowl, mash the banana, then add milk. Blend in protein powder and oat flour and lubricate the til. Mix in vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder til completely. ,
- Heat a pan on medium heat, and add some cooking oil. Add about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, and leave the strawberries on the pancakex.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until small bubbles are formed, then cook and cook for 1-2 minutes or cook for 1-2 minutes.
