These waffles will place in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, and can be easily heated either in a toaster or microwave. This makes these waffles a great choice for a quick breakfast throughout the week!

It is a great recipe for food preparation for the week or whipping a double or triple batch and then store it in the freezer on the hand. so, How do you freeze waffles?

  1. First of all, let your waffles cool down completely. The reason for doing this is that waffles can come to room temperature and stop production of such moisture (steam). This will prevent freezer burn in the freezer and help your wafles to be good and fresh.
  2. Wrap tightly in a piece of plastic rap, or place it in a freezer-safe bag. Be sure to remove as much air as possible, which will also help prevent freezer burn.
  3. Place wafles in the freezer and freeze for 3 months.
  • Option 1: Melting in the refrigerator overnight. Then, microwave for 60 seconds in the morning.
  • Option 2 (Recommended): Cut the frozen waffle in half and toast in the toster and toast on medium. I recommend this option because it will give you a crisp waffle!

  • First, preheat your wave iron in medium heat.

  • Make a powder from freeze-dry strawberries. Add strawberries to a clean coffee grinder or a small food processor. Process strawberries until a powder is formed. It should be slightly higher than 1/4 cup powder.

  • Mix all the dry material together in a large bowl. Cancel.

  • Add cottage cheese, almond milk and banana to a high -speed blender and mix until smooth.

  • Transfer the mixed cottage cheese mixture to a large mix bowl. Melted the eggs and coconut oil.

  • Gently add dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until it is joint.

  • Spray waffle iron with cooking spray on both sides. Then, scoop about the batter in ½ cup. Turn off the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Serve with your favorite waffle topping.
