The lens has a standard focal length of 50 mm at the wide-angle end and it combines a continuous aperture of F2 with high resolution than a prime lens. This allows for a wide range of scenarios with just a lens for various situations and subjects. As part of Sony’s famous G Master ™ series, Fe 50–150 mm F2 GM provides an extraordinary combination of high resolution and stunning bokeh, which increases imaging results for professionals using Sony Alpha camera systems.

Extraordinary image quality and smooth f2 bokeh
The internal optical design of G Master plays an important role in the production of its extraordinary image quality. By integrating two XA (extreme aspherical) elements, two super aid (additional-cum-spread) glass elements, and three ED elements, the lens effectively suppresses the aberration, ensuring sharp, high-contrast imagery in the entire zoom range. Additionally, the floating focusing system enables the distance to focus minimum focus 0.4 m Wide ends for detailed shoots and maximum magnification of 0.20.
The FE 50–150 mm F2 GM constant F2 aperture beautifully makes smooth bokeh, making it an ideal option for pictures, wedding and events photographers, which aims to separate the subjects with shallow depths of the region.
