See inside one of the initial commissions of Frank Lloyd Wright

The house designed by a Kankeke, Illinois, Frank Lloyd Wright is currently sold for $ 449,000, report Crain’s Chicago Business, Buced in 1900, home was one of the early commissions of the designer and represents the origin of the architectural revolution soon, but was bought by its previous owners in 1976 as it was largely ignored.

“It was actually a family home, and the owners of the house were very private people, so some guests have been in the house in the last 50 years,” Victoria Crust Shutte @Proprties, Christie International Realty, who represented both buyers and sellers. Since the previous owners did not allow tourism, its list was not only an opportunity for potential buyers, but also gave a rare opportunity to see the images of the interior of the house.

The living room has a central stove, which is common in the right design, and has been flanks by two alkov units.

Known as Warren Hikox HouseThe house sits next to the Bradley House, another right design. A brother and sister – and their respective spouse – reduced the pair of houses at the turn of the century. Bradley House, larger, B. Harley Bradley and his wife, Anna Hikox were designed for Bradley, while Warren Hikox House was designed for Anna’s brother, Warren and his wife, Laura. Bradley House, Bada Ghar, is probably more famous for the pair – and is often credited Wright’s first priest home– However, Warren Hikox property shares many similar properties and is simply monumental.
