Samsung Galaxy device with Android 16 – The Full List
Samsung started a steady rollout of a UI 8 based on Android 16 on 15 September, 2025. This update is now rolling out for the Galaxy S25 series globally, and is also available out of the box at the Galaxy Z fold 7, Flip 7, Galaxy S25 Fe, and the Galaxy Tab S11 series.

Galaxy S device with Android 16
Closing things in September, Samsung is rolling Android 16 to the Galaxy S25 series globally. It includes all four devices, and new Galaxy S25 Fe vessels out of the box with a UI 8. Further Galaxy S devices will follow in October.

Galaxy foldables with Android 16
Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 are currently the only Galaxy foldables with Android 16, with a UI8 pre-installed on both. Other Galaxy folders will follow in October and November as per Samsung’s current program.

Samsung Android 16 update schedule
