Samsung has apparently confirmed to Korean media that after a few months of struggles, its Exynos 2500 production is improving.
Therefore, the company plans to equip both Galaxy Z Flip7 and this Galaxy Z Flip FEWhich is also expected to come with Exynos 2500 SoC in 2025. This could certainly prove controversial, given that the reputation of Exynos chipsets has not been surprising over the years.

It’s interesting that the report doesn’t say anything about the Galaxy Z Fold7 – so it’s possible a Qualcomm chip could be used instead. And this would make sense since the Fold line is Samsung’s more enthusiast-focused line of foldables, while the Flips are more mass-market oriented and style-focused. So if our wild speculations prove to be true then it may be that the company does not want to upset the enthusiasts with its choice.
Exynos 2500 was to debut Galaxy S25 series in January, but yield issues that have surfaced since have forced Samsung to switch to Qualcomm for those models, the report said.
