“It looks like a Disneyland palace,” designer Irina Lazar said about a bedroom apartment, which she equipped with practical pieces and fancy flights.
Irina “Riri” wanted her new house to be practical – at one point anyway.
After living in New York City and Mexico City for years, he felt that it was time to return to California to be close to his parents. The RIRI was originally designed for the casual atmosphere of Venice beach of LA and the Oceanoid location, but as an interior designer, she was influenced by the peak of the fare of “chronic bungalow or ultramodern houses,” she says. “I am a bizarre, dynamic, happy, intelligent and complex person, so this house really reflects my beauty options,” says Riri. She moved to the apartment in January 2023 in a Chetu-style building.

“The couch had a separate design feature so that it does not look like some normal,” RIRI says.

“I was committed to check the listing three times every day, three times,” she says. “I did this for the whole three months and perhaps through hundreds of people, if not thousands, it was tedious!
The living room has the original hard wood flooring and molding-a 18-foot high ceiling.
