Usually Grilled Skavers or Kabob’s family are reserved for meat eaters, and I have found many of the fit foody finds, also – some of the most popular in every summer:
But, today I am excited to share these vegetarian gnocchi dagger that is thrown into a hurry lemon dressing and then the top with goat cheese crumbles. They always enjoy a crowd in BBQs at my home – I like to serve them as an apocalypse to pass them while cooking the rest of the food.
- Great to serve as a side dish or as an appendant.
- When grilling, gnocchi becomes super crisp on the outside, while still maintains its creamy, soft potato inn – its such delicious texture!
- Use any vegies you want! I have made them with colored bell chili, cherry tomatoes, onions, broccoli flowers, brinjal – the list moves forward.
- Fun to make super easy, and to include children in making dairy before grilling.

- Potato Ganocchi: I like to use a store-bored Ganocchi for this recipe, but if you want to whip your homemade Ganocchi, Here is a recipe I love! Just make sure that you are equal to collect Ganocchi (boil it for 1 minute) on the scores. When Rosie and Linli tested the recipe, the Ganocchi would separate on the scver if they were not boiled earlier.
- Color veggies: I am using vine papers, red onions and cherry tomatoes on these bowls, but really choose your own thrill here! Any vegi that can be easily slant will work.
- Fresh herbs: You will use Lemon-Y, Herb-Y dressing fresh basil, mint and sealantro for these dagger. Do not leave it! This adds really good depth of taste to these gnocchi skewers, and helps to tie all the tastes together.

These gnocchi daggers are most easily stored with scales, so let the survivor to cool before removing from scopers and placing it in an air-tight container in the fridge. I honestly prefer to eat these colds as the remaining because everything has more time to soak herbi dressing goodness in everything.

Preheat the grill at 400 ℉ and spray the spray with cooking sprays.

Bring a large pot of salty water to make a boil. Cook gnocchi for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cancel.

In the 9 × 13 baking dish, add of cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, in spoon sea salt, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper. Whisk to combine.

Build a dagger. Until all ingredients have been used, add ganocchi, chili, onion and cherry tomatoes to a metal or wooden dagger between four.

Roll each dagger in the mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. Finally save olive oil and lemon juice for dressing.

Keep on the grill for 20 minutes, rotate the dagger every 5 minutes. Remove from the grill and set separate on a serving plate.

Dress it. Add the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs to the baking dish with remaining lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk to combine.

Put dressing on grilled scavers and garnish with goat cheese.
- We used a packed potato ganocchi for this recipe, but you can use any type of ganocchi.
- Do not cross gnocchi. I found that raw people separated on the grill.
- A mixture of any herb can be used in this recipe.
- Feta would be a great option for goat cheese.
- Feel free to feel free to mix vegetables that you add to the dagger.
