Socrates, I think I understand your question, but I do not know the answer.
For anyone unfamiliar with the concept, I believe that OP refers to a traditional designation of planets, which rule “bad” homes (12, 8, 6) as casual men. For example, Venus is called “less beneficial”. But it becomes a casual man when it ruins, says, 8th house. Venus herself can be in a “good” home, but she is still tainted from that 8th.
Socrates, my best guess is just weighing other relevant factors, as well as. Suppose Venus rules the 8th house, with Libra on the tail. But suppose that Venus himself is in Taurus in 3 houses. There he is dominated and in an OK house (not the best, not the worst.) For me, which will go away from casual male reading.
What are your thoughts?
