one in Video posted on WeiboOppo’s Zhou Yibao shows the Find N5 – the hardware the OnePlus Open 2 will be based on – can be dipped in water and even used underwater. one in PostYibao says the Find N5 will be “the only” foldable with IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 water resistance ratings.
The IPX9 will fit in with the OnePlus 13 and other recent releases from BBK’s brands. The IP69 on the OnePlus 13 expands on the existing IP68 rating with support for higher liquid temperatures and stronger jets of water.
Apart from this, the video also presents a fit look on internal and external displays. In its quick cameo, the external display appears to have thin bezels, while the internal display looks similar to the existing model. The camera is still in the rightmost corner, and the aspect ratio also looks the same as the existing Find N3 and OnePlus Open.
