A particularly New York City Nightspot staff allegedly used spray bottles for cocaine during their innings and according to a trial, there was a system engaged in customers’ attraction and otherwise sexual harassment.
Once owned by fashion icon Ralph Lauren, a “toxic culture” and “large -scale drug use and alcohol consumption in the restaurant Polo Bar,” Frank Nobileti, a finished pre -server, claims in one Federal lawsuit,
The trial alleges that the male owners caught the staff under the guise of examining their uniform, and the managers and servers often openly used cocaine at work.
A server allegedly sold cocaine in installation, and the workers regularly mixed cocaine with water in a spray bottle and used the bottle for cocaine through their skin during their shift, Nobileti, 42, says in the lawsuit.

Nobilety accused both Michael Lewis, Bar events manager, and its International Hospitality Director, Darnell Dodson, which is to touch him in an inappropriate manner.
The trial alleges that Dodson was known only to hire attractive men, even though they had no experience, in the hope of “sexual relations with them”. Nobileti said that male employees who had sex with, “would get preference treatment.”
Employees also allegedly played a “rating game”, in which they judged female customers on attraction.
“The men’s server often made aggressive and graphic sexual comments about female customers, claiming the lawsuit.

Nobilety claims that he was fired after complaining to human resources last year as to how he “faced terrible sexual harassment.”
The observers informed them that they were “being finished for drinking alcohol at work, even though, the polo bar was opened in 2015, the management and staff regularly drank alcohol and used illegal drugs during the work hours, there was no result for such tasks,” he said in the case.
He said, “While the restaurants and his hard -working employees do everything to ensure that their guests have first class experience, defendants completely failed to guarantee that their employees had a safe and legal work environment,” they said in admission.

Polo Bar said, “We have high standard of how employees operate themselves and have no tolerance to misconduct, so when we do not meet these standards, we take fast action,” the Polo Bar said. Describe New York Post,

“This includes the termination of Shri Nobileti which was based on clear evidence of his misconduct,” the statement continued. “Because we take all the staff-related concerns seriously, we fully investigated the allegations of Shri Nobileti and determined that they had no qualifications.”
