Around 2022, I found out chronic migraine. Unlike normal headaches, migraine comes with a variety of neurological symptoms above pain, such as nausea, light and sound sensitivity, and difficulty focusing.

As I took time to find out what my migraine triggers were, some criminals were standing outside, including the time spent on my smartphone. The bright screen often triggers migraine or spoils my existing symptoms – so I had to make some changes to reduce that effect.

Most of these changes also help reduce eye stress, so you can try them, even if you do not have migraine or headache from screen use. Since changing these settings and features, I feel that my eyes do not get twitch after using my screen for a long time.
