Before they first worked together on the 2020 film The Broken Hearts GalleryGordon was taken from Vishwanathan’s performance in the 2018 sex comedy Blockers. “I thought she was very amazing and I wanted to be a friend, so I think I revealed this friendship,” Gordon says.
Hair in clutches of a curling iron in the living room, Gordon tries to recall whether she reached Vishwanathan via DM, or with a lot of public tweet. “Ger?” She calls in the kitchen, where Vishwanathan is getting her glam. “Have I tweeted on you?”

It did not take much imagination to the pair to embrace their roles; Both have helped another through a breakup and heartache in real life. Vishwanathan says, “Both of us have shown in a dirt on each other’s door and placed each other back together.”
“The most difficult task is to face rejection,” says Gordon. “But we are all friends for so long, so we all have also helped each other fall in love with ourselves.”
Sometimes going through it only deepens your friendship – to create some unforgettable moments on the way. “Geraldin and I had a very fun experience of mushrooms and taking these naked pictures together in Joshua tree, and I was so, ‘I never saw more hot throughout my life,” Gordon says.
