Tis the season to be jolly! Michael Buble He sat down with ET to tell us everything he does to get in the holiday spirit.
For starters, the 49-year-old Canadian singer dished out his favorite Christmas tunes for the festive season.
“Every year, since I was about 6 or 7 years old, my playlist has always been and always will be Bing Crosby During Christmas Album,” he shared.
In addition to playing Crosby’s classics, Bublé’s family gets a chance to celebrate the 2024 holidays early Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada.
“Going to see Taylor Swift was at the top of all our wish lists, and we are so grateful to see The Eras Tour last weekend in Vancouver. Taylor is truly an incredible entertainer and the joy she brings to my daughters, Getting a chance to witness it. Faces are something we will never forget throughout our lives,” he said.
In addition to hearing Swift’s hits, Bublé’s wife, Luisana Lopilato, and their four children will also have their new song, “Maybe This Christmas,” on repeat, which was created using their iPhone 16 Pro and the Voice Memos feature.
“It was recorded with incredible carly pierceAnd we sang the song like we were on a FaceTime call, without headphones on, and then we were able to load the different vocals into Logic and make a record,” he explained.
“I think making music is one of the most magical things in the universe, and now using this technology anyone can record a quality song anywhere and everywhere. … When you listen to “Maybe This Christmas” “Nobody would have known we did this on an iPhone if they heard our voices,” the artist added.
And regardless of what’s on his holiday track list, Bublé believes what’s most important is spending quality time with his loved ones.
“No matter where I am or what I’m doing, my happiness lies in being with my family, and I really couldn’t be more excited to enjoy some uninterrupted time away from work with my beautiful wife and kids. It is possible. … We have a big Canadian, Argentinian and Italian family, and the holidays have always been about bringing everyone together. It is a beautiful mix of cultures and food. Lots of laughs, lots of kids and lots of fun,” he said.
