Congrats! floral designer and withered Founder Liz Carter sat down with ET to share her holiday party essentials and tips.

For starters, the flower expert says that putting their botanical paper flower bouquets on display can help create a cheerful mood.

Apart from showcasing stunning centerpieces at their celebrations, the entrepreneur loves to provide guests with a cozy and comfortable ambiance.

“Creating a welcoming atmosphere is all about simple touches like mood-setting music, cozy lighting, and an easy-going approach. For food, choose a mix of crowd-pleasers and festive dishes, and incorporate them into your theme. “Consider a signature cocktail. To make the evening memorable, encourage fun conversation with a themed dress code, simple games or a photo corner,” she recommends.

As far as gifts go, Carter believes meaningful gifts are the way to go.

“This year, I’m drawn to gifts that bring comfort and inspiration, like cozy blankets, artisan candles, or blank journals to jot down the next great idea. Supporting small businesses is also important to me, so I love handmade Looking for gifts, items from local makers and unique finds,” she said.
