6. Sit in a garden

Take some time to connect with nature and just do nothing. It may seem that you are not achieving anything, but it is good for your health to sit sometime and let your heart rate reduce, especially if you work in an office throughout the week. If you do not have a gorgeous garden, go to a park or basket in fresh air from your courtyard, porch or balcony.
