It’s one thing to have a great idea for your new kitchen; Implementing that idea is a completely different matter. The owner of this 1870s Victorian house in the London suburb of Teddington wanted a large hidden pantry in a well-functioning but airy kitchen. It all needed a professional eye to fit neatly into the available space, so they called on Tim Higham of Higham Furniture to bring it to life.
“(The owner) has a great sense of style and knows what she wants, but we had to interpret it and work with the property and space we were given,” he says.
The team designed a beautiful modern-rustic kitchen with a beautiful, elevated island, and, hidden behind cabinet doors, a warm yellow pantry with a massive amount of storage.
