When Zak Brown joined McLaren As its CEO in 2018, it was a completely different operation, now it is winning the 2024 Formula 1 Constructor Championship.
It was the crown of McLaren’s first teams since 1998 and came after many management and structural changes when Brown first went through the door.
The American has evolved into a strong leader and on podcast, he shares some of his management techniques and explains how he used to run a sports marketing business.
But an F1 team has many more departments, all of which should be high performing, which means that Brown has put a lot of pressure on her shoulders since joining McLaren.

Brown also talked about why he feels that the FIA should make serious changes as to how F1 is controlled and if he makes McLaren a favorite to retrieve his title.
