Israel on Tuesday attacked senior Hamas officials in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
Israel defense forces announced a “accurate strike” in the social media posts, alleging the target leaders of being “directly responsible” by Hamas on October 7, 2023.
The IDF post did not identify the location of the strike. But a senior Israeli officer confirmed NBC News that it happened in Doha.

A White House official told CNBC that the Trump administration was informed by Israel just before the attack.
Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed Al Ansari “condemned the cowardly Israeli attack, which targeted the residential headquarters, which had residence to several members of the political bureau of the movement in Katri Rajdhani, Doha.”
