Each episode of new Netflix drama Adolescent – Which focuses on a teenage murder in Britain – was shot in just one.
According to photography director Matthew Lewis, the single shot format goes “very differently”. “In fact it took a few weeks to understand that it was only one camera through space. That there was no cut and whatever was shot is the episode.”
