How do you feel the release of this book compared to your previous projects?
It has been amazing. I released some books pre-pandemic and many books during the epidemic, and to be able to go back to the road and be able to have real conversations with people about it, because I missed it a lot. It is exciting and refreshed every time, and perhaps it will be as usual. Writing can be a very solitary profession, and I like writing work very much, but I really like to talk to other people about books – whether these are books we read and both read or love or love or my books. I like a bookstore event in general: I think the events of romance in bookstores are very great because 95% of people are women, and we are all so excited and happy. This is such a joyful experience.
What is the most exciting romance plot that you have recently seen, whether in a book, on TV, in a film, or elsewhere?
I have some that I return all the time. I think there are some of them that I study as a child, like Anne of Green Gables. I love that romance, but I really love friendship Anne of Green Gables More than romance. There are types of stories that I think all the time, and in fact, now that I think about it, another book that I come back is Betsi-Tassi and Tib Books. I like romance in those books, but their origin was about friendship.
Fashion-wise, I need to know what you think Taylor will get his heart-breaking outfits.
It seems to me that whatever the brands wearing Taylor, whatever they raise randomly and whatever shows his biceps (Laughing), But of course, every is wearing a mid-scale mall brand; I would say a lot of bananas. I think Eri’s wardrobe becomes more interesting throughout the book, which was fun for me to write.
Do you want anything that we have seen within the world of romance-renovation?
I mean, in the last five to 10 years, it has definitely been very high in it, but I want to see more stories about color women, especially stories about black women, stories about fat people. All of those people and all of those stories have always been out, but the publishers have not given them a push or really want to publish them. I have seen a lot of those in the last few years, which has really been amazing, and I just want even more.
