What are upholstery or adaptation options? Have you chosen someone?
At the time of ordering the shelter sleeper, all three sofas in my house were gray, so I was not going to choose the option of weaving in-stock graphite yarn dyed linen. Instead, I wanted something luxurious and I was eyeing the performance velvet. While I successfully ordered the upholstery Swatch from West Elm in the past, I went to a nearby store to see the colors on a large scale – we actually wrapped samples on the existing couch in the store. My husband and I settled on Olive Green because it works as a neutral but is not as expected. When we ended with luxurious performance velvet, the performance distressed velvet was one close to another because it had more color of color.
What is the major time for adaptation, manufacturing and distribution?
The sofa was ordered in March and in about eight weeks, was ready in mid -May. As I was in the midst of some home renewal projects, I had to organize my delivery for a few weeks, which was an easy adequate process by calling customer service. Once I was ready for the couch, it took it only a few days, it was sent to my house. I was pleased with flexibility because as anyone goes through renewal, the delay is unavoidable.

What was the delivery process?
Once the white-glov delivery was installed, I found a two-hour window. I started at 7 in the morning, and even though I was still in PJ, when the two-person team arrived, I am happy that I am completing it and not messing with the rest of my time. Two people removed the couch, which was wrapped in a moving blanket. They had to take it into a flying of stairs, which was a minor challenge because the couch was HeavyI was very grateful that I did not have to maneuver above and around a corner.
Because I live in a house that is about 90 years old, I was very nervous about the couch fit through a 29 -inch gate. I called the customer service before ordering the couch to confirm that it should be fit – but you never know.
What was the assembly process? How long it took and how many people?
The sleeper gathered completely. We will really have to take off the legs, which are spoiled at the base of the couch, to fit it through the bedroom door. It took less than two minutes to connect the legs back.
