Until a few months ago, I was not the owner of an MOP. And then I found a swifter combination wet and dry MOP. I was initially doubted; My memory of Swifter was a dry mop used in the early 2000s. While my new Swifter Sweeper 2 -in -1 certainly did a better job with the MOP on my robot vacuum, it did not blew me.

5 ways I was using my swiffer wrong (and you are probably too)

- S-sweep is not doing: Those S-shaped sweeping that you see in advertisements is not just for the look. This is really How do you use a swifterWhen I was moping without S-vic, I pushed a lot in the perimeter of the room. I picked up when I switched to a S-cycle All Dirt and frozen small bits.
- Immediate scrubbing stain: When I saw a particularly dirty place (a dry globe of yogurt- or something) on the floor, I immediately scrubbed it. The right way to use a swifter is to swipe the wet mop once in a dirty place and give it a second before starting scrubbing. It becomes so easy.
- Not using first dried MOP: Before I was washed away before using wet mop. But it was using dried MOP on the first swifter that actually found all pieces of dirt and pieces from the floor and read it for wet Mops. The sweep was not enough.
- Work hard instead of using scrabby age: Each wet moping fabric has a scrubbing strip. Instead of pushing the MOP on a hard dirt only again and again, you can turn the head and scrub it with a scrubbing strip.
- Ignoring the locking head: The swifter sweeper head usually rotates originally, but if you turn it back and push down, you can lock it in place and place it at a consistent angle. This makes it easier to use scrubbing edge on really hard stains or dried MOP hard-to-front areas.
How do I clean my floors in 15 minutes
My parents had experience with moping at my parents’ house that prevented me from receiving an MOP. The idea of filling a bucket, mixing A cleaning solutionAnd then moping – while regularly replacing water because it was just so dirty – was just painful.
With Swifter Sweeper 2 -in -1, I am done in 15 minutes, start finishing. I expand the pole and put it on a soft cloth and catch any of the remaining bits of the grit and did not pick up the latest sweep. If the dry cloth is not dirty, then I will turn it on myself and later separate it for another use.
I pop wet cloth and start making my S-Parv. My apartment probably has a 750 square foot mopable place, and I can cover it in less than 10 minutes.
The wet cloth goes into the dustbin, I collapses the pole, and it goes back into the closet. This may not be easy.
And so, I apologize to my floor. I neglected you for a very long time. If I had known that it was easy, I was mopping years ago.
