How to plan a rejuvenation home back



When you hear the word “Retreat”, what comes to the mind – writing in a cabin by a lake, attached to spiritual study or practicing yoga on the beach? How to make a comeback in your home? This may first look like an impossible idea (although it looks very good), but there are some amazing positivity to craft your own retreat at home. For one thing, it is free. For another, you can decide exactly the same activities you want to focus on, including things that can be included in most retreat (novel writing and cupcake baking, anyone?). 1. Decide on a focus

Are you craving a spiritual retreat? Time to work, write, yoga or meditate on your craft? Make a small list of things you want to include in your retreat so that you can start the plan.
