Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe
Makes 600 ml, 10 serves
- 300 ml double or whipping cream, cool
- Taste (see below for inspiration), if used
Whip Cream with Whip Cream:
- Put the cream in a cool bowl and start to whisk, rotate the cream in the bowl and move the back – take a break when you need. The cream will start turning to bubbles and then towards a thick liquid.
- When you can make cream trails on the surface that do not drown immediately, you will know that you are almost there. Keep the cream whisper until the cream peaks are flopped on (soft peaks).
- Once it starts making soft peaks, whisk in any taste and then keep whispering until the cream feels more solid and the peaks do not flop on any more (rigid peaks). Wait at this point.

- Put the cream in a cool bowl and start defeating it at medium speed, you will soon have a bowl of foam and bubbles that will start to thicken. When you can make cream trails on the surface that do not drown immediately you will know that you are almost there.
- Keep the cream whisper until the peaks on the peaks (soft peaks) are flops.
- Once it starts making soft peaks, whisk in any taste, then keep a slow pace until the cream starts feeling more solid and the peaks do not flop on any more. Wait at this point.

Dissemination: When you spread it, the cream will continue to harden, so the more you need to move it around after taking it, the whipped peaks should be softened.
Piping: You can gently put a whipped cream in a piping bag and chill it until you need it, but be very careful that you do not over-and-off, otherwise your hands can make it granular because you pipe it.
