“While moving towards the upper east in the city of New York, girls had channel backpacks at the age of 16 and luxury items were everywhere. Instead of giving that pressure, my mother put me on the ground and let me borrow from my closet. I didn’t realize that I was wearing a vintage at that time, I knew that I was wonderful in his old BCBG clothes or my father’s leather jackets.”
A global treasury, which began as a raid on his parents’ wardrobes, evolved into hunting. Today, Korwino scores everything from Paris flea markets to New York Estate, standout items for itself, macrai, sourcing standout items, Lily RabeMore.
“The right piece does not just complete an outfit, it helps you to separate, whether it is on a red carpet or just on your way to work. … This part is intuition, part passion. I am constantly looking for pieces that spark something in me,” she notes.

For anyone starting its own vintage mission, Korvino suggests to start with a strong sense of personal style.
“Once you know yourself, finding the right pieces becomes comfortable. It takes a little testing and error, but takes inspiration from things that you love old films, magazines, or even art, can actually help,” she shares.
