The unique 1960 house in a suburb of San Antonio, Texas, a prominent San Antonio Real Estate Developer, Civil Rights Activist and historic protectionist, was designed by architect Robert Harris for Bernard Lifeshutz. The house changed hands several times a year, and with each renewal, the original middle modern characteristics were slightly more stripped.
Current owners, who are big fans of mid -century design, contacted Jana Waldez of Heaven Design and Construction after seeing one of the company. Projects Online. Waldez says, “They called us very quickly after buying the house because they immediately knew that they needed a solution for the primary wardrobe in the main hallway of the house, and they actually wanted a pantry in the kitchen,” Valdez says.
