The Christian Horner feels that he is “looking at two separate watches” after the Christian Horner stems from a limited correlation between the wind tunnel and track data.
Despite this Max Verustapane Winning the Japanese Grand Prix, and still the world champion, Red Bull’s dominance with Dutchman, recently turned away in the previous season and did not return in early 2025.
After a disappointing Bahrain Grand Prix, in the last weekend, Red Bull’s top brass talks about ‘crisis’ In an attempt to move forward.
Horner admitted that the RB21 is suffering from “similar” technical issues, which Vestapen wrestled last year to retain his title, while the team needs to catch something, pointing out discrepancies between the wind tunnel and on-track outputs.
“Finally you can mask it a little through the set-up and we were able to get it in Suzuka, but I think this race (in Bahrain) has highlighted some damage that we have very clearly that we need to reach the top very quickly,” he said.
“I think we understand where the issues are, it is presenting solutions that take a little more time clearly. I think problems are understood, I think the problem is that whatever we are seeing with what we are seeing with what we are seeing, what we are doing compared to what we are doing and I think we can’t see what we can not see within our devices?
“When you end up with a disconnect in that way, you have to clearly unplay it, we have got a strong technical team that has produced some amazing cars in the last few years and I am confident that they will reach the bottom of the issue. But what we are really watching on the track, with it not mimicking two different clocks with it,” It is like two different clocks, “it is two different clocks”

With the final year 2025 of the current rules, no car had any major overhales in winter, but some teams – Has and Mercedes – Earned net profit, while Red Bull has struggled to fix problems that bother the rear end of 2024.
Horner hopes that, already tied with four races, the increased amount of data supplied from Australia, China, Japan and Bahrain can help find a solution.
Asked if it was the same issue that caused recession in the performance, he replied: “This is the same – mainly the wind tunnel has operated us in a direction that we are looking at the track and therefore, you are not finishing with a mission, you are not finishing with a mission, which your equipment is telling you and what is the track data and so we are now depositing track data.
“I think it is clear that we understand what is the problem, it is implementing the solution. It is the entry phase to each that needs to be addressed and required to give him (vestapen) (Westopaine) ability and grip and believe that it takes it to move to the entry of corners, now it is fundamentally an aero issue that we need to be able to hold that hold.
“The problem we have that we are at the end of a set of rules where the benefits are very, very marginal and I think we are looking at some shortcomings in our current tunnel.”
The Red Bull will expect to benefit from the convenience of a new wind tunnel, but not before the start of the new regulation cycle next year, even though plans on both the watches of Horner are ahead.

He said, “We have a new tunnel online for 27, but we have the current device that is definitely for another 18 months,” he said.
“The new is currently ahead of the schedule, but will be for implementation in 2027.
“This is a 24-race championship, we are eight points behind the drivers championships and we know that we need to progress very quickly, so it was important to score the points … This is how they add at the end of the year that is important.”
