Homemade magic shell

Our quick, 2-Confectiant Magic Shell Recipe The semi-sweet chocolate is made with chips and coconut oil. Set it on top of yogurt, ice cream, Protein bark, SmoothiesOr even our Mousse recipe! Crack the shell, and enjoy

We have been adding our homemade magic shell to sweet behavior and snacks for years, so we thought we will officially make things officially and share our go-two, 2-Confectiants Easy Magic Shell Recipeall you need?

  1. Half-sweet chocolate chips: Technically any variety of chocolate chips will work, so choose your own adventure here. We have tested this recipe with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, even white chocolate chips.
  2. Coconut Oil: You will measure coconut oil before melting it, and then put it right in a microwave-safe bowl with chocolate chips.

You can add anything to the magic shell too much! One of our favorite ways to enjoy this is at the top of a single-service yogurt. Just remove the top of the yogurt, keep the top with the magic shell, and hard in the fridge. Then, enjoy! If you are making these, just place the curd cup in an air-tight container with a magic shell in an air-tight container for storage.

Want to leave coconut oil? You can definitely make a magic shell without coconut oil, just know that it will give results in a hard chocolate shell that will require more time to set in the fridge.

Make it crisp

When we were testing the recipe, we just wanted to get a little more creative than the chocolate, so we sprinkled a few tablespoons of rice crispy grains and shaken it in the chocolate before putting it on the curd. The result is a fun, crisp chocolate-Ji magic shell.

More than our favorite dishes with magic shell

Three glasses of chocolate mousse are tops with whipped creams, strawberries and grains, with a spoon inside. Some chocolate chips are scattered on the white surface.

  • Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Microwave the mixture at intervals of 20-second, stirring every interval until the chocolate melt and shiny.

  • Remove from the microwave and serve the magic shell on curd, ice cream, or any other behavior.

  • This recipe can be made without coconut oil, it will be just a hard magic shell that will require more time to set.
  • To make the magic shell crisp, add 1-2 tablespoons of rice or crushed checks to the chocolate.
