High -proprotene pumpkin tiramisu – fit Foody

  • Mixed cottage cheese: You know the drill here! Cottage cheese also packs great protein as well as creamy, rich texture and taste. Do not leave it!
  • Maple syrup: Maple is my go-to natural sweetener! And its rich, with the fall flavor, is perfect for sweetening this tiramisu.
  • Blue wafers: Instead of female fingers, I like to use blue wafers for my Tiramisu! They are easy to find, and require less time than lady fingers. Women recommend using them instead of fingers while making 10/10 Tirmisu!
  • cocoa powder: For that classic tiramisu look, dust the top of your pumpkin Tiramisu with cocoa powder.

How to make high-protein pumpkin tiriasu

  1. Make Espresso Koda: Add espresso powder, maple syrup, and heavy whipping cream to a stand mixer bowl, and allow whisper to be whispered at high before blowing 5–10 minutes until the hard peaks are formed.
  2. Make a layer of pumpkin: Add pumpkin puree, mixed cottage cheese, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extracts to a large bowl, and stir together.
  3. Gather Tirimisu: Lay half of the blue wafers on the bottom of the baking dish, making sure they overlap slightly. Scoop half of the pumpkin mixture and spread it over the blue wafers. Then, spread half of the whee topping at the top of the pumpkin layer. Repeat layers until all the materials have been used, and top with cocoa powder.
  4. Let it set: Cool Tiramisu for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Top with more whipped cream and a spray of cinnamon when you are ready to serve.

Tips for success

Let the espresso powder bloom: You will put aspresso powder, maple and heavy cream in a bowl. Make sure that you allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes to infect the Espresso Flavor in whipping cream. This will give you a very rich, aspresso-forward taste.

Measure the cottage cheese after mixing: This will ensure that you have the perfect volume as the yogurt in cottage cheese may change the amount slightly.

My favorite pumpkin snacks

I do not recommend this tiramisu to cold because cookies will become cookies, and the texture may stop until the melting may stop.

  • Then spread half of the whey topping at the top of the pumpkin layer.

  • Repeat layers until all materials have been used. Top with cocoa powder and cool for 20 minutes.

  • Serve tops with a spraying of more whipped cream and cinnamon.

  • I allowed Espresso powder to sit in heavy cream, so that the flavor could be allowed to bloom before the assembly.
