He built a kayaking crash pad that mimics the famous archipelago, on which he sits down



While finding real estate of some people revolves around grand views, additional bathrooms, or adequate storage, Los Angeleso Todd Stevens focused on something outside the house: Kayaking. While he had found some good places in southern California over the years, his movement for water was long, he began looking for a place to build a migration that would provide better proximity to water. “By 2000, I was the Dream-Searching Real Estate Sites, who were looking for places near good kayaking,” Tod says.
