“The owners saw the house in early 2020,” Natalie McHug, designer of N&K interiors. “They were willing to increase it for their family and when they discovered local design and built companies, found us on the hose, but Kovid delayed everything.”
In September 2020, the team faced a bathroom and four bedrooms, one of which was converted into a playroom, as well as replaced all the windows and got the family for Christmas. In January, he started a two-storey side joint washing room, mudroom, powder room, living room and bedroom suite. The remaining work was completed in 2022, resulting in a house which is highly functional and filled with heat and character.
